RE: Bigfoot RV's

We have a 2006 40MH32ST Bigfoot Class C with the Duramax diesel motor. We are completely happy with this motorhome. High quality, well insulated, handles very nice on the highway. One of the very few choices you have for a true 4-season coach. I have several dealings with Michaels in Maryland. They were very helpful to me over the phone and I'm planning to take our Bigfoot to them for service when I go up the East Coast next spring. I plan to use our Bigfoot in Maine over the winter so that tells you the faith I have in the Bigfoot for cold weather. If you have any question feel free to send me a private message and I'll get back to you. Peter

RE: Jayco Seneca vs. Bigfoot

I just purchased a 2006 Bigfoot 40MH32ST with the Duramax Diesel. Found it used outside of Las Vegas, good price with only 6000 miles on it. Drove it back to West Palm Beach, Florida. Very good handling - air bag suspension - no problem with winds and passing semi's. I have not used it much yet but find the build quality to be exceptional. My Son-in-law just purchased a Jayco 32SS Grayhawk. After a few months we should be able to give you some good comparisons. Not many dealers for Bigfoot on East Coast but I have not had any problems getting work done at a local West Palm area dealer. If they run into something they are not familar with they just give the Bigfoot factory a call and I was told by the Service Manager they get great service. For cold weather NOTHING beats a BIGFOOT except a house and some houses are not as well insulated as a Bigfoot. Traveling the coach is heated by an aux heater using engine coolant for heat and also circulates in the water heater so you have hot water on the road with using propane.
